3. Reward your pets with treats. Treats are the optimal persuasion method for any pet and any size dog. Most dogs will do any trick they know just to earn a treat. Many stores sell healthy treats for pets, including vegetables and other substances and minerals they may lack in their diet. Treats are also a phenomenal way to give your pets little healthy snacks throughout the day.
